INTRODUCTION

Welcome to our peer-to-peer trailer rental platform 360  SIERRA NOW. By using this Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the Platform, as well as any trailer listed or rented through it. Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Platform.

DEFINITIONS

​

  • Owner: The individual or entity listing a trailer for rent on the Platform.

  • Renter: The individual or entity renting a trailer through the Platform.

  • Trailer: The trailer or any related equipment listed on the Platform for rental.

​

USE OF   THE PLATFORM

​

  • The Platform enables users to list and rent trailers in a peer-to-peer manner. Owners are responsible for ensuring that their trailers meet all legal and safety requirements.

  • Renters agree to use trailers for personal use only and not for any commercial or illegal purposes.

  • The Platform acts solely as an intermediary between Owners and Renters and is not a party to the rental transaction.

RENTAL TERMS

​

  • Renters must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety requirements governing the use of the Trailer during the rental period.

  • Trailers may not be subleased, loaned, or transferred to any third party without the prior written consent of the Owner.

  • The Trailer must not be operated while under the influence of any substances that impair judgment or the ability to operate the Trailer safely.

RENTER RESPONSIBILITIES

​

  • Renters shall not dismantle or disassemble any component of the Trailer.

  • The Trailer must not be used in areas or terrains unsuitable for its intended purpose.

  • Renters agree to avoid actions or use of the Trailer that could reasonably be expected to cause damage to the Trailer or harm to others, including reckless driving, overloading, or misuse.

SPECIFIC  RULES AND REGULATIONS

​

  • Renters shall ensure that no one stands on or oversteps the fender.

  • No one shall stand on or place hot objects on the solar panels.

  • Items that could puncture the tent frame are strictly prohibited.

  • The Trailer shall not be loaded with more than 100 additional pounds beyond its specified capacity.

  • Water tanks shall not be filled with toxic liquids or substances.

  • Leaving rotten food in the cooler is prohibited to maintain hygiene and prevent damage.

EARLY TERMINATION

​

Failure to abide by these Terms may, at the option of the Owner, result in the early termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of all rental fees and deposits.

LIABILITY  AND INDENMIFICATION

​

  • Renters are liable for any damage to the Trailer that occurs during the rental period.

  • Renters agree to indemnify and hold the Platform, Owners, and their affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the Trailer.

Amendments

Governing Law


These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Trailer is rented.
